The area is very nice with plenty of snow for Christmas. Also, the ski bus was very close to the hotel, which made it easy to go to different slopes. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and had fresh and local ingredients, which was a huge plus.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. They seemed too busy accepting money from guests instead of being attentive to their needs. Furthermore, our room was not as well-maintained as advertised, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The wellness area was also not open late enough, which made it difficult to use after a long day on the slopes. while the location and breakfast were great, I would not recommend this hotel for the lack of attentive staff and poor cleanliness.

This family-owned hotel is a great place to stay during a winter vacation. the hotel's owners are very hospitable and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and equipped with excellent bathrooms. the hotel offers a fantastic wellness area and a rich and delicious breakfast. Guests can easily access several ski areas by car or ski bus, which stops nearby. this hotel provides a great atmosphere and excellent facilities for a memorable winter break.
Guests might find a slight drawback in some of the hotel's facilities.

We had a fantastic ski vacation! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was recently renovated with plenty of space and a fantastic bathroom. The hotel also offers a great wellness area, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location was perfect, easy to reach several ski areas by car or ski buses that stopped only a couple of minutes away.
Could not be improved in any way.

I had an incredible stay here! The location couldn't have been better for my ski vacation, with the ski lifts to several ski areas just a short distance away. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist with any tours or tickets I needed. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including heating, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. I also loved the terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The spa center was a dream, with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath, as well as a sun terrace with beach umbrellas. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort of this venue.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Easter getaway: Loved the family-run hotel. We recently enjoyed our Easter break at this cozy ski hotel and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room was spacious, with lovely modern fittings and an ensuite bathroom - just what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic - so much variety from fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and more. We also loved the wellness area that allowed us to de-stress and relax. The location was great too, with easy access to several ski areas by ski bus and car.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. We had an enjoyable stay and will definitely be coming back again for another ski holiday.
